LO3: Lesson Review - Peer Assessment & Self Reflection (Section 1 & 2)

Today I have started and completed Section 1 of my Treatment.

I need to complete the rest of the treatment by Monday next week. 

Peer Assessment

Merit/Distinction - Clearly planned what the main purpose of your audio product is. Need to plan some form of structure, but you seem to know what the show will feature. Good choice of target audience - Reasonable. Be confident about how you intend to highlight the best qualities of UTC (Why is it important? Why should people listen about it?)

Self Reflection

The next step  is to finish the document followed by including specific details in the planning and structure etc. As well as picking up the qualities of the UTC and other features to grab the client's attention.

LO3: Notes (Printed Documentation, Importance of a Treatment)

It is important to have printed documentation when pitching because:

- It creates interaction with the client.
- Presents side notes and other information.
- Evidence of preparation.
- Client can take away information with them.
- Visual aid.
- Shows organization.

Treatment

- Shows how you intend to meet the brief set by the client. 
- Shows factors and details relating to the production. (For example PRS licensing)
- Creates delivery and audience reach expectations (Gap in the market).

Today I have finalized the budgeting. 

By next week I need to finish the content of the show, example questions, styles of music and advertising to the treatment.

Today I have started my equipment list for the treatment. I have included cost and the reasoning behind the items.

I still need to create a total and compare it to how much it would cost to advertise to show whether or not we create a profit.
